Pain down leg

Does anyone have pain down leg to ankle ? Any remedies to manage the pain?

I’ve had this, it was definitely my most annoying symptom!

Ice/heat packs have always helped me, and making sure I stretch and move the leg gently.

I was recommended to start physiotherapy too to manage it but never got round to it (only due to pregnancy and then the pandemic!) So might be worth looking into?

Hi there. I have had this for two years had to stop work. Have had various investigations and nothing. It’s like a sciatic pain but is constantly in my buttocks and whenever I walk goes down my leg and into my foot. I’ve tried all sorts of things over these years and found nothing but I am eliminating foods and trying my own exercises to help. I’m due to have a laparoscopy and excision where I am really hoping they find something near the nerve area as I’ve tried everything else.
