Pregnancy and endometriosis

Hi everyone, i'm new here.. I'm currently awaiting my endo diagnosis i was due to have a scan in march but it was cancelled due to COVID-19. Me and my partner have been trying to get pregnant for 4 months now and i really thought this month was it, my period is 5 days late, ive had my usual cramping shooting pains in my leg extreme lower back pain where i'm not sleeping, pain on my left ovary but i tested this morning and got a big negative. Now i'm sat here wondering what's wrong and why haven't i gotten my period when they work like clockwork, my doctor consistently fobs me off and at first refused to give me a scan until i asked for a second doctors opinion. Has anyone else ever had these symptoms did your period ever come?

Hey,

I’m also 3 days late for my period I’ve had period pains but no actual bleeding. I always have a period every month also. Tested and got a negative too. Starting to worry at what could be wrong.
