I have stage 4 endometriosis and cysts and my period pains for first 3 days are unbearable. I've been taking serra enzyme not sure if it works. Had surgery but they couldn't complete it as a bowel surgeon was also needed. The bowel surgeon after looking at my results said that there would be a very small chance of a stoma and a smaller chance of a permanent one. So I decided to take decapytyl which stops periods which gave me relief. Can anyone share their experience or give their advice. Thanks
Does serra enzyme work?: I have stage... - Endometriosis UK

I'm about to start Serrapeptase also. I'll watch out and try to be in touch if I notice anything different.
How has your success been so far with serrapeptase?
What brand and dosage do you take, and how often do you take it?
Are you experiencing any side effects or passing blood clots, old tissue, etc?
Dr.'s best. 120,000 SPUs. Once a day. Pain has reduced. Endometriomas have shrunk. I also use castor oil and hot water bottle, wobenzym and nattokinase.
My endometriosis was treated in October - they found a cyst on my ovary as well as it being attached to my womb. No idea what stage it was but I reckon quite high - surgeon so unhelpful and supportive. I having been reading lots and wondered if taking serrapestase would be advised to keep everything at bay? My period is less painful but still extremely heavy and with clots...
Tbh I used a whole lot of stuff. I can't say what is actually working. But ultimately I know that if I stop taking the supplements, my symptoms will come right back.

Have you had an ultrasound to check and see if your Endometriosis had gotten better and your cysts have become smaller or dissolved?
