Leg muscle and pain in bum cheek? Endo or something else?

Anyone else ever find it really hard to differentiate between endo pain or something else?

So the past few days I have been sitting at my desk doing uni work, I have 2 monitors and I felt quite comfortable to be fair. This morning, I woke up with terrible pain in my left leg, my leg is feeling VERY stiff and painful. The other leg hurts a little too but not as much as the left leg. It hurts whenever I move, bend and even walking down the stairs. The pain is more the front of the leg, mainly the thigh area and feels very tender and hurts when pressed. I can't bend without it hurting and my left bum cheek (Sorry don't know how else to describe it haha) really hurts when sitting down and pressing it really hurts too. I did think perhaps it is sciatic nerve pain but the pain doesn't reach the bottom of my leg, the pain stops just above my knee and my lower back doesn't hurt.

it is as if I've done a MASSIVE workout and run a marathon. The pain has happened so suddenly not sure whether it is endo related or something else. Anyone else experience this too? I take vitamins on a daily basis so I doubt it's anything deficient either. I've never experienced this pain before. It's not the type of leg pain I get during my period either. I also would've thought with endo it would affect the right leg more. I'm not sure if my weight is also playing a part, I've lost a lot of muscle and weight due to endo. I'm 5"6 and weigh 47kg. Any ideas?

I have had sciatica and sounds like it might be back related somewhere. My friend also had similar without any back pain, maybe best to get checked if you can. With mine I get some pain in my legs, doesn't always go all the way down either.

I've never heard of anything like that being endo related but I could be wrong...
