Ruptured cyst?

The other night, I woke up in nauseating agony on the right side just by my hip bone. It felt like my ovary was on fire/exploding/made of razors. It was very intense but only lasted a coupe of hours. I've had this pain a few times before and it's essentially felt the same each time. I'm wondering if maybe it was a cyst rupturing? Ultrasounds have shows cysts before but never had one that was concerning or confirmed to have ruptured. I only had my last endo surgery 3 months ago (part diathermy, part excision) so I'd be surprised if its THIS bad so soon. And the abdo pain has been at the regular level since the incident and not quite so localised. Does this sound more like a cyst rupture than normal endo pain? Is there anything I should do or keep an eye out for? Given the current circumstances, is it worth mentioning to a GP? They're obviously very busy at the moment and I don't want to bother them if it can wait

I have had a ruptured cyst before and it was exactly how u describe and I passed out in pain. I was home alone and pain was so bad I tried to get into bed. I work up next unsure of how I made it upstairs to my bed. I was givwn pain meds and fluids and some antibiotics.

I could have written this! Same time frame if surgery and everything. I have it again tonight (ovulation was 4 days ago roughly) so I think I need to call the doctors tomorrow and see what they say.

Yes it sounds like a ruptured cyst to me, it’s unbelievably painful, I also passed out from the pain and every breath I took was painful, it was worse than Labour
