Menopause???!!!!😱😱😱😱

So I have severe deep infiltrating endo and had excision surgery March last yr- been ok since with minimal pain but periods been a bit irregular although still come every month.

I started the 90 day body coach plan in jan and the difference it has made to my pain is amazing- it’s practically gone. My period was 1 wk late the first month but now I am now on day 39 with no sign of my period coming, not pregnant as I’ve tested but I am having hot flushes all the time and not much vaginal discharge. Could I be going thru early menopause??? Do u think the change in diet and exercise has impacted my cycle?

We were hoping to ttc but maybe it’s not meant to be 🙁

I’m fine as my period did eventually come however my cycles are a bit erratic.

I got my hormones tested and I have high fsh levels so go was going to refer me to gynaecologist to get their opinion.

Im happy to hear that. Did you find out what was the cause. Its not fun to go through this so early.i worked really hard with endo and to have this before my birthday, its not fun.i have an endo protocol if interested...i know a lot about.also a good practitioner..

Can you let me know what your gyno says? It looks like i am in exactly same situation.im wondering if stage 4 endo can cause hot flashes or its menopause.thanks!

I came out after 6 months after starting wim hof method.its bern 8 months and im very regular.its worth trying wim hof.theres good resesrch and it takes 5 min to do it. It should work in one week with endo.
