Hello, I’m not 100% sure but I wouldn’t risk it. I take tramadol with Naproxen which is a strong form of ibuprofen which is an anti inflammatory, I struggle with pain relief anyway and find not much ever seems to take the edge off but hopefully that combo might work for you x

No you shouldn’t as they work in similar ways but tramadol is stronger. You can take paracetamol with tramadol. If you did you get some side effects like sickness or feeling a tad unwell. I’ve done this before when pain was extreme, wasn’t thinking straight and it was awful x
