Hello everyone I am currently suffering with pain in my lower left pelvic region probably the ovary. My dr thought my ovary might be twisted but had a scan which concluded it looked normal. I don’t know what to do I have a history of problems with my pelvis including PID from an infection after a miscarriage the infection was of thought to spread to my left ovary. I was left with chronic pain but since Xmas the pain has been consistent and at times been as bad as labour my pelvis also feels swollen at times. I’m going to go back to my go to push for some answers. I would appreciate any advice moving forward many thanks Lynda.

Hi Lynda,
Sorry to hear this. I’m certainly no Dr but have you thought about asking for your bladder to be investigated as that too is lower left and can cause terrible pain and swelling, plus if you have a history of infections it might be worth checking out?
