I am 29 years old and was diagnosed with endometriosis stage 2 in October 2019 after surgery.
Had my follow up this month and my consultant has informed my she has cleaned out my tubes and the best time to complete my family is between now and 8 month.
My question is, if I wait for a few years to start trying for another baby, does this mean I may struggle to fall and my stage progress to maybe 3-4?

I was also worried about this. However a lot of specialists say that if you have stage 1 or 2, say in your mid to late twenties, you may always have stage 1 or 2. It's different when it's deeply infiltrating. Some experts say that if you don't have DIE (when your surgery is done by an expert they are sure to rule that out), you won't go on to develop it. Endo can be progressive symptom wise. However it's unlikely to jump 2 stages. The disease can definitely, and does, reoccur even with expert excision. But it would be unlikely to get to stage 4 from stage 1 or 2, if you had surgery in your mid twenties. I used to be part of a great evidence based UK Facebook page and the admin explained it better than I have. I'd definitely consider trying now. I have had 3 endo surgeries. Each time harder to conceive (all my pregnancies so far ended in mc). I recently had a surgery at with a Bsge surgeon and concieved very quickly for me, 4 months post surgery. I'm 12 weeks on Tuesday so it definitely has helped. I wouldn't wait too long. Good luck. Hope my post makes sense!
I do not know much about this but I am newly diagnosed too and want to follow along!
I feel the same uncertainty but am in no position to start a family right now, however I would love children of my own. It is hard to feel pressure from consultants to have children sooner rather than later
