Pain when i have plans

This may sound ridiculous. Every time i've had plans in the past year (i.e. a date, going to the cinema, meeting a friend, a party, a holiday) i've woken up on the morning of the event with mind numbing endo pain nowhere near my period time which at first i wrote off as coincidence but now it's really happened everytime and i was wondering if it could be ... anticipation? or happiness? that causes the flare up.

Does anyone else experience this?

Any advice? :)

It could be stress I get this a lot also I’ve put it down to worrying I’ll have a flare up I’ve got plans this nye I’ve already been feeling lousy and keep thinking what ifs etc but I’ve got to try and change my mind set stress is the one thing I have trouble managing because I hate the unknown

I completely agree with the other reply. I get anxious I will get unwell when I have plans and then the stress makes me I'll!

Yet to find a proper solution apart from just having a word with myself!

Hope you feel better x

This happens to me a lot too (adenomyosis not endo - but v. Similar symptoms) and it’s rubbish. I also almost always get bad pain after doing something - I think it’s to do with the adrenaline keeping me going and then once it’s gone the pain gets through:(
