Ovary endo?

I think I have endo back again after five years pain free after excision surgery. I think it’s in my right ovary but the ultrasound scans aren’t showing anything. The pain is now happening outside of my period duration and this is a new thing for me. Has anyone else got endo within the ovary but not a cyst? And does it hurt when you’re not on your period?

I had pain without my period. Scans didn’t pick anything up for me but I’ve just had my right ovary removed. I asked for a full hysterectomy because I was that fed up with everything. But my consultant said no due to my age.
