Endo treatment ?

I was diagnosed with endometriosis about 3 years ago.. previously having had cysts burnt off my ovaries. I have been on the pill, the depo jab and every contraception they could give. I had a laproscopy and hysteroctopy and have had worse pain since. I have been on the prostap injections for a year and a half now to no avail. I am in constant pain.. I have developed osteoarthritis and osteoporosis, along with all the menopause. Im 24 years old and am just so sick of struggling and feeling like the drs don't listen. I've asked for a hysterectomy because it feels like that is the last thing, but because of my age they won't do it. Im just so stuck. Do any of you lovely people have any suggestions to make the Dr do something?

He's reluctant to change from the injection or do anything despite me sitting in appointments and crying. He wanted to discharge me on my last appointment.

This is affecting me mentally and physically and also having a massive impact on my work life.
