Hi everyone,

About 8 years ago, my gyno suspected endometriosis. Due to my high risk of surgery complications, he decided it was not in my best interest to confirm diagnosis with surgery. Instead, he ruled out as many conditions possible and said hormonal contraception is typically what is given. My scans came back clear and my uterus was also fine (and sitting straight)

Fast forward to present day. I was off contraception for about 8 months. My symptoms got worse, my periods got worse and my pain was unbearable. My symptoms came back with a vengeance it seemed. Shooting pains in my back/bottom to a point where I couldn't sit, cramping that was not being relieved by pain medication (naproxen and then menfanemic acid), by periods increased from 5 days to 14 days, a few days of diarrhoea then it was almost impossible to pass gas or a bowel movements without extreme pain/pressure, extreme pain when inserting tampons/menstrual cups, and more issues. I had a scan a few months back - my uterus is now tilted backwards and I have a lot of cysts on my ovaries. I had "free fluid" in my uterus. They did blood work (testing hormones and for cancer). Basically, my worries were dismissed as this is very common. They did not have an explanation for the free fluid in the uterus. I have now started contraception again, but my latest scans arent looking great. They really struggled to get images, as my uterus is even further tilted back. Im worried they are going to dismiss my concerns again and tell me to wait it out. Recently, I've been struggling with being exhausted and unable to concentrate. I'm extremely light headed and dizzy as well. I'm getting random shooting pains near my uterus even when I'm not on my period. I'm. Wondering if anyone has experienced similar symptoms and if you have any advice of where to go from here. Every test is coming back fine (thyroid, sugar levels, iron, etc.) with the exception of slightly raised white cells. I'm worried that maybe my endometriosis could be causing these issues, but I'm not sure where to go from here or what to ask for. Sorry for the long post, I'm just so tired of feeling so crappy.
