Hello. It has been about 6 months since my first surgery, where they found "little" endometriosis. My OBGYN did my surgery.

Since then my symtoms never went away, If anything they have gotten worse. I decided to see an endometriosis specialist at John Hopkins. She was very good and I am currently scheduled for a second surgery with her on Dec 10.

She suggested for me to do pelvic floor therapy, and see if that helps my symptoms. I often feel like my lower abdominal area is very very tight and when i stretch it, feels like it is pulling. She said it could be painful bladder syndrome. Anyone relate to this symptoms?

I have days where i feel nauseous, days were i feel okay.

My surgery is pending, lots of thoughts going through my head and i do not know if my body needs to go through another surgery :(

I don’t think it’s painful bladder syndrome or you would have problems having a wee etc it’s scar tissue
