Hi ladies is it possible for a 3 monthly injection to wear off early then expected? I'm around 8/9 weeks in first 3 monthly injection and I had some spotting or whatever it is last night out of nowhere and period cramps that keep persisting......i went too loo this morning to nothing there :/ but I'm keeping my wits about me as I'm not 100% sure what's going to happen

Has anyone else been though this or can reassure me it's not me actual period
