Post op - how long until you felt the benefits?

Hi all

I know everyone is different but how long after you had endo removed did you start to feel like it had worked? I'm on my third period after my op and still waiting.... thanks everyone x

My surgeon said it can take up to 8 months to feel the full effect x

I’m in a similar situation. Had my surgery in July and the only positive improvement I’ve had is a reduction in the bloat. Otherwise I feel about the same if not worse than before surgery. Bit discouraging, isn’t it? Hope you start to notice an improvement soon.

Thanks for the reply. Yes mine was in July too, a few days of the month have felt better, but some worse like you. You try not to get hopeful that this is the start of a better life for you but you still hope and it's disheartening! I wil keep trying to be patient! Hope you start to feel better soon x
