Abdominal swelling following bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy

Hi, I had bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy 8 days ago and feel like the swelling on my stomach has gotten worse as the days go on. Can anyone tell me if this is normal and if so how long till it goes down?

I don’t have much pain now and feel stronger everyday, the only thing bothering me is this swelling, I look about four months pregnant!
