I'm going in for a investigation and was just wondering when I'll be able to bend down etc? Even thou I had this done 8 yes ago I can't remember anything. Hoping they don't find anything and I haven't got to have any work done.

Hi everyone is different. Generally between 6-8 weeks to be fully normal they say . But depending on ur bodies internal healing process it might take Lond her . So just hear your body and do whatever you can . Don’t just force yourself to do anything

Hey, I had a diagnostic lap a few weeks ago (no treatment) and I found that I could do basic movements like bending to put socks on, or putting clothes in the washing machine, after 4/5 days. I'd say I could do most things I normally do after about 10/12 days, although with some movements I still feel like I'm pulling internally and I haven't gone back to exercising or anything yet.
