Neck pain after period

Does anyone get neck pain after their period and also a fluttering feeling under ribs/side of chest (right side)?

Yes, this thing with the right ribs has been plaguing me for years. Did get diagnosed with gall bladder issues eventually, but obviously wrong side for gall bladder. Wonder if it's digestive issues generally relating to endo?

I'm not sure. It's every month though and have no answers as to why! X x
