Painful neck/shoulder pain

I’m in a great deal of pain, difficulty turning left hand side. At first I just thought I had slept funny or I’ve pulled a muscle, but after three days of stiffness, now I’m wondering if it is endo related?

Any shared experience?

I normally suffer skiatic type pain in my right hand inside hip side or lower back. I’ve not had anything this high up before. It feels weird, been trying to stretch it out and use painkillers but nothing’s fixing it yet. I’m also getting tingling feelings in the upper arm

I had this about a month ago too! Maybe it is related, I thought I’d just slept funny or was stress! Hot beanie bag eased it for me a little x

I am having similar stiff right shoulder pain , I had prostrap injection couple of weeks back I was thinking because of that. Are you taking any medication ?

I try not to, I’ve had coil fitted. I try to manage via exercise and healthy eating, but just had two weeks on holiday camping and eating whatever so it may be a flare up in disgust with me!

I am suffering right now with horrible shoulder pain. 4 days now. Seeing a Chiropractor tonight. Thought I slept funny too. Didn't think it could be Endo pain till now. Got surgery on Friday so maybe it is punishing me for what it knows is coming!

I think it's trapped wind that comes with a flare up x
