Lower back pain and bowel pain when lying down or sitting

Hi. I have already had my first lap for my diagnosis of endometriosis. But 1month later I am getting lower back pain and bowl pain when I am lying down or sitting on a chair. Been using a hot water bottle but not sure what else I could use.

Hi there, I had my first laparoscopy in April and have been struggling with back pain and bowel issues too. I found that my diet played a part, I also have been taking omega 3 supplements and gentle stretching in the morning. I also find that if I am dehydrated the pain worsens. Ibuprofen works well too. I'm currently in the middle of a flare up now, here in solidarity.

Thank you for your reply.

I am taking a few supplements, omega 3, primrose and iron supplements. But I haven't taken them for 3 days now. I guess I need to keep up with them. I had two large cyst drained from my left ovary too and been getting dull aches in that area all week, now that pain has gone the lower back and bowel area is aching.

I'm back with the hot water bottle.

As for diet I just recently started to cut down on a lot of calorie.

I'm sorry you are having a flare up, I hoped after my lap that I wouldn't experience a flare up as majority of the endo would have been out of my system by now. I just got my hospital letter today for my follow up, as I am due to have a bowel surgery for endometrioma in my bowel.
