Fibroid and cyst found - think I have endo too, would love some advice and support as it’s scary!

Hi ladies - what a fantastic forum! Will cut a long story short, had a complicated medical history for the last 18 months, not helped by being misdiagnosed; diaphragmatic hernia that bowel looped through (botched op resulting in pneumonia and bilateral pulmonary embolisms), osophogitus and stomach ulcers just diagnosed and CT scan accidentally found fibroid just under 3cm and a small cyst.

Took 5 weeks to be referred to gynae, wasn’t impressed as she said fibroid wouldn’t cause the pain I’m in (agony 3 out of 4 weeks every month). She wanted to do a smear but couldn’t manage to. I’m booked in for camera and swabs on 14th October and she wants to fit merina coil which I’m unhappy about as I react awfully mentally to min pill and it’s the same hormone. I’m also getting uncomfortable pain in back passage, and the only painkiller I can take is tramadol as I can’t take anti inflammatory’s due to stomach ulcers. I’ve been told by a close friend all my symptoms also point to endo, and I’m going to tell my gynae this at app and I’m keeping a diary. Apparently in the UK we have the right to request further consultancy and I’ve been advised if I’m not happy with my gynae to request and endo specialist which I’m prepared to do. I could cry this morn with the pain, taken two 50mg tramadol and scalding myself with hot water bottles til pain wears off. The effect on my relationship is taking its toll, I’ve been ill for so long with one thing and another I can’t work at the moment, I just try my best every day to make up for the pain and stress by doing little nice things but it’s getting increasing harder to keep on top. I can’t take any anti depressants at all lol, have severe reactions physically and mentally (I really dont respond well to medication that it’s become a joke with my fiends and me). Does anyone else have experience of fibroids, cysts and endo? Wand what to expect with camera and swabs and what next step should be) I really want a laporoscopy tbh, just not convinced this gynae gets the amount of pain I’m in. Sorry it’s long but this forum is all I have to vent and get advice from people in similar positions, it’s awful isn’t it? Xx
