Has anyone with unexplained infertility had laparoscopy and endemetriosis removal? Did you manage to fall pregnant naturally?

I’m unexplained. Had three IVF cycles, all BFN. Now have suspect advanced endo. Lap booked 12 Sept. The consultant said 40% of stage 4 go on to achieve pregnancy after a lap. Praying to God (I’m not religious) it works for us. Good luck! x

Yes. 6 months after endo excision and bowel resection. I had an MRI days before naturally conceiving as my endo had started to spread to my diaphragm. I think because I stopped thinking about ttc thinking we would need IVF it worked so try not to become too stressed or focused on it. Good luck x

Thank you for asking this question. I had my lap for endo 5 weeks ago. We have been TTC for one month and I have just started my period 😫. Fingers crossed for the next few months. Wishing you the best of luck too xxx
