After a laparoscopy did anyone feel dizzy and sick for days? If so did anything help ease these symptoms?

Yeah it's common. It'll be your body using up nutrients to repair and heal, plus filtering anaesthetic out of your body.
Rest, try to stick to a normal daily cycle i.e. waking up and sleep times. Drink plenty of fluids, sipping all the time (I carried around a water bottle everywhere I went in the house) this will help flush out the anaesthetic quickly, yes you'll need a wee often! Eat regular smaller meals, like 5 a day, with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, possibly more than you'd normally eat as you'll use a lot of it to heal. Ginger in hot water I found was good for nausea, peppermint tea really helped me when the lap left me full of gas.
The dizziness should go away in about a week; I found though that when I went for short walks two weeks after I still got a little lightheaded so make sure you carry a fruit / nut snack bar / dried fruit for your outings.
The nausea could be directly linked to the anaesthetic or painkillers they've given you at hospital or ones you take home so just keep an eye on it. Go to your GP or pharmacy if you think it's linked to your painkillers that you still need to take for the moment. I had to be prescribed omazeprole to go with my normal ibuprofen.
I'm not sure if any of that helps, I hope it does x
