Pain in early pregnancy

I really hope this post doesn’t upset anyone struggling to conceive. We have been Ttc for 4.5 years, had 6 cycles of iui one of which resulted in miscarriage at 6 weeks.

I’ve just found out I’m pregnant naturally the month before we were supposed to start ivf!

I’m 5+5 weeks today and have been getting pain and cramping since Saturday. Some is left side pain where my endo is which is worse when I’m bloated in the evenings and also a weird feeling of pressure low down in my abdomen where I usually get my worst period pain.

Has anyone had this when pregnant?

Or if you had pain in early pregnancy what did it feel like for you?

I’m terrified as my miscarriage was preceded by a week of pain/cramping and although this feels different I’m worried it’s happening again 🙁
