There is another way of beating this awful disease without surgery

My periods started 5 years ago after 12 years of none. I was diagnosed with endemetreosis, polysistic ovarian disorder and part of my fallopian tube was missing. This was when I miscarried at the age of 21. I was 40 when my periods started again, regular as clockwork. It was a big shock. Doctors said if I wasn't so close to menopause age it would be worth having a hysterectomy. The op. Isn't for me. Just my personal opinion. I have tried everything to stop the pain I have continuously day in day out. My diet has in my opinion beat all of the things I have wrong. Please please try it. If you are as desperate as I was to not have the op. Xx

Thank you for the post! I am on the same path like you. I refused operation and hormone therapy and decided to try the natural path. I have to say it’s not always easy but definitely working for me.

Is it only your diet you have changed? Are you on any supplements, herbs and vitamins?

Hi. No supplements. I take naproxen and cocodamol. I have for 12 years everyday. But nothing more than that. It is really only the weight loss that has stopped the pain. Smaller portions and healthier foods. I can't believe after 5 years of excruciating pain after losing 2 stone the pain has just disappeared as quickly as it came. It was overnight. Went to bed fine woke up next day and could hardly walk. It's a scary road. Keep refusing because I have heard horror stories about what can happen in the op. If you can get through it without all the medical intervention not only do you save what I think are important parts of our body and do have some impact on how we feel with emotions but you will feel so proud of yourself that you didn't let it beat you. I would ideally like to leave this earth with everything I came with. I don't want bits missing here there and everywhere. So try not to give in even on the bad days xxxx
