Laproscopy for endo and possible stoma

Hey ladies, so I've been in a lot of pain and discomfort for a year or so. Finally had ultrasounds then had an mri which has found endo on/in my bowel. I've got surgery on Monday and been told to be warned I could end up with a colostomy bag if they find more than 3cm worth of endo in my bowel. I was wondering if anyone else has had this and how you dealt with it post surgery mentally and emotionally? So focuses on the lap post op that it's pushed to the back of my mind but I just thought I should be prepared at least to deal if I need to. Any advice on a mental or physical care package I can prep?

I know this is from 2 months ago but, did you get the stoma at the end? did they excise all the endo? I have a temporary stoma, first month was bad but now I'm used to it, I eat virtually almost everything and sometimes I even forget I have it. I have bad days of course but in general it's been fine.
