One day period

Hello, my periods are usually really quite heavy and last around 4 days. However, this month it’s lasts no longer than a day and it was a lot lighter than usual but I still had awful cramps. Why could this be? Thank you 😊

Sometimes if you’ve been on and off contraceptive pills, mini pills, or other hormones it can take some months for your body to settle down into a settled rhythm again. I wouldn’t worry too much but monitor things and if in doubt check with your gynaecologist.
