Vision supplements

Hi everyone! I would like to ask you about the Vision supplements. Has anyone of you ever tried them? I'm considering to start taking them tomorrow. In September I will have diagnostic laparoscopy for endometriosis . Is it possible that these supplements influence the diagnostic? I will be glad to every possible opinion.
