Hey for me it kind of happens from the ribs down but drastically from the belly button down. Like a bumb. Does this sound familiar?

I look fully pregnant when bloated 😢. The same as you’re describing. It seems to be triggered when i eat wheat, sugar, dairy, or anything that isn’t on my anti-inflammatory diet. I actually went out to buy XL clothes today to try and hide my bloated belly when at work. It’s kinda embarrassing!
