bloat

does anyone find they wake up slim and go to bed most nights so swollen and bloated.? Is this normal with endo or more along the ibs signs? It’s not triggered by any foods in particular as I’ve been monitoring it. Thanks I’m advance

yes me. I have IBS and endo and adeno. It makes no difference what I eat, the first mouthful of the day and I start to swell. It’s horrible isn’t it x

thanks for replying this is exactly me! Even drinking too much water can make me bloat sometimes if I’ve got an occasion I won’t touch a single thing and still bloat as the day goes on
