Tibilone side effects

I've recently started taking tibilone which has improved some of my symptoms of the menopause but today both of my legs are really achy to the point where I can't even sleep. Has anyone else suffered with this side effect and knows if it will pass with time? Thanks x

Hi lizzyxx,

In the first 4-6 weeks of taking tibilone I had awful aching/restless legs, until I saw your post I didn’t even think of it being related to that but looking back it started when I first started taking it...it did ease though and now they hardly ache.

Hi , just looking for advice on tibilone tablets, how are you both on them now? I am 4 weeks post OP from total hysterectomy removal of Endometriosis and fibroids , I have been put on these tablets. Been on them 4 weeks now and they are giving me headaches the last few days and stiff joints is this normal ? .

I stopped taking it as it gave me worse side effects than the menopause does x

Thanks for replying think I might do the same I dont like taking these tablets either . I was on the patches before and preferred them but I cant have any estrogen because of the Endometriosis i had .
