Bleeding after exercise?

I’ve just started back at the gym properly after my lap! I’ve only been back 2 days this week and I’ve eased myself in compared to what I used to do! Both days when I’ve been to the loo I’ve had some vaginal bleeding. It’s not like fresh blood, more like brown in colour (sorry for graphics!). Has anyone else experienced similar? I’m on cerazette and don’t get regular periods, I often go months without anything! Thank you!!

Any hormone sp progesterone alone can cause bleeding on and off. Must hv a pap smear and thotough check up. How old are you?

Thanks for your reply. I’m 26, had a smear last year which was normal. Maybe I’ll book in with the GP as a precaution!
