Seeing the specialist

So I'm going to finally see the specialist tomorrow and make the decision of whether I want to have a hysterectomy. I was diagnosed before I was 20. Had a laparoscopy done initially and was ok for a while. I managed to have my son after 3 years of trying with alot of complications. It came back but more severe, so from a minor form to stage 4. I'm hoping tomorrow they can help with giving me piece of mind. My left ovary has been attached to my womb and the pain is excruciating. I'm on pain killers 6 days out of the week. This site has helped me alot with understanding and knowing others know how I feel. Just wanted to ask if anyone has been diagnosed with stage 4 and been able to have more kids and able to function properly again? What has the doctor you have seen done to help so I am armed with options for tomorrow.

Thank you.
