Can anything get any worse?

Blood urine, Infection,tempature going up and down , feel sick , feeling really cold , its made my endo really sore and it going round back to my stomach on my left side and poppin feeling too and flare up ATM I could cry 😓😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But still feel crap I m still going to work.
