In need of positive conception stories after minera coil removal

I had an operative lap one year ago, stage 3 endometriosis with chocolate cysts diagnosed. Now it's the right time for us to start TTC, and I had the minera coil removed a week and a half ago (but have been bleeding constantly since!)

Would love to hear some positive stories/ tips!
