Does this sound like ENDO?

Hello and nice to meet you all.

Long story but I have had bowel issues which was diagnosed as IBS. In 2015 I had severe abdominal pains which were horrendous. I had an ultrasound and found i had an ovarian cysts which was then removed during a laparoscopy. I still had IBS pains but recently I had pains similar to my cyst pains so went back to the doctor. Ultrasound showed a cyst on my RIGHT ovary so suggested that I have another ultrasound 8 weeks later to see if it gets bigger. Second ultrasound showed the right cyst had gone but there is now one on my LEFT ovary. I dont know what to do. My mother was diagnosed with IBS when she was young and only in her late 40's did they realise she had endometriosis/adenomyosis (sorry if I spelt that wrong). She ended up having a hysterectomy. I'm worried as my symptoms and history are so similar to hers but the doctors dont seem worried. In fact after they found out my right ovary cyst had disappeared and despite one developing on my left, they have said there is no need for a follow up.

I also have an IUD which has been in place for about a year but this has been going on for much longer so I dont know what to make of that.

Does this sound like a red flag for endo to you? What should I do?
