Update: Lap diagnosis

Update : Had my Lap today. They found Endo and my gynecologist was able to clean up some of it. She also saw some on top of my uterus but she didn’t want to touch that..Also found out one of my Fallopian tubes is blocked, looks healthy but blocked. She is putting me on birth control and recommended to start thinking about babies! The sooner the better.

She only needed 2 incisions, pain isn’t that bad right now...just can’t do anything that involves my core...gas feels trapped so I’m drinking peppermint tea to help. Doing lots of walking, taking Advil to relieve pain.

Happy I got answers to my symptoms but also not thrilled about having this chronic illness. If any of you have any questions lmk!

Xoxo

I’m so happy we both got the answers to our pain! I just want to know where abouts my endometriosis was situated as he never explained that.

How are you feeling today? I’m doing pretty well the wind isn’t as bad as when I had keyhole previously but like you I’ve been drinking mint tea getting up and moving around also I have wind tablets too.

Have they said how long you need off work? I’ve been told 2 weeks then at least 6 weeks off exercise.

Hi there! So happy to hear you’re doing good and got answers to your pain.

Feeling much better today. I got told 2 weeks of no exercise, no heavy lifting ( not even grocery bags ) to really watch putting pressure on my core area until I see my doctor in 2 weeks.

I have a common cold at the moment, so sneezing and coughing is really bothering me :( but nothing 3 ibuprofens cant help!
