Vaginal bleeding with bowel movement? 😅

Not the nicest post, I have the Mirena coil fitted and low oestrogen combined pill on top to stop bleeding, all working well to stop periods. Still have daily pain but manageable, worse when sitting or driving for more than 10 mins and constant back pain.

I have noticed that when I have a bowel movement, there is spotting from vagina when I wipe.. is this a thing? Anyone else get this? 😅😳
