Hello! I took Norethisterone 2 weeks ago up until last Tuesday as we got married 2 weeks ago I didn't want to bleed on my wedding day or my honeymoon. I didn't start my monthly cycle as planned so decided to take a pregnancy test. I have taken 3 tests & all of them say I am pregnant. I am worried it might be a false positive as could the norethisterone of tricked my body into thinking i'm pregnant? Has anyone else had this experience and turned out that they were pregnant? Thank you
