I’ve just been to the toilet and passed a massive white and bloody looking clot (sorry for the tmi) I don’t really know how to describe it however I am now bleeding a bit and in so much agony. This is my first period in 6 months, the bleeding is light but the pain is horrendous
What was this tissue like clot that just came out of me?! Is it normal?
I’m on the depo shot and honestly I nearly threw up at the size of that clot😫😂 I have pain in my lower stomach and hips and heat is making it worse.
Everything has been going well till the last few weeks and now tonight is the worse it’s been in a long time. I’m thinking of doctors soon just to see if I can change consultant or get more help.

Hi lovely take what i say with pinch if salt but the white stuff could be some muscus/discharge that has followed through with the clot. Have a bag of peas or a cool bath/shower or them beyou cool patched if you got any. Takr pain meds but would see doctor if the clot was big. Keep record of your pains and size of clots if you can find a compassion so thr doctor knows how big it is good luck xxxx
Deffo get it checked dont stress too much (easier said than done) ive had very big clots in past too and still get them now. Doctors wilk hppefully keep track of this symptom and see if its worth bringing it up to gyne. Im in quite a bit of pain too so youre not alone!!😊 we can do this!👍
Hi I get very large clots which come out of nowhere, they suddenly fall out of me all of a sudden, are red, lumpy and they do me you want to be sick. I have adenomyosis. Even take a photo and show your doctor, easier to provide evidence as opposed to describing it. I find that helps.
I have endometriosis but I went to my doctor yesterday who thinks it’s come back so I have to get in contact with gynae who is awful.
My bikini line area is really swollen and tender but during surgery he didn’t fully check for more endo or Adenomyosis. My gynae said he was just diagnosing me and only removed a little bit instead of all of it. I’m hoping he will refer me to a specialist soon xx
