Hi Ladies, an article in Science Daily online, sorry I am rubbish at links etc, but a trial treating mice with a particular antibiotic, have reduced endometrial lesions. It appears to help with poor gut flora. They use the same anti biotic to treat rosacea, which I also have. And being lucky, I also have dyspraxia, again possibly linked to poor gut health. Just putting it out there to you, perhaps what we eat and drink is exacerbating endo. I am going to do some research on gut protocols and pro biotics, may even help...

Hi. This is super interesting. I definitely think diet is hugely important. I’ve suffered with bowel issues for most of my life.
One thing that I experienced... I had a tubo-ovarian abscess in 2015 and I was on Serious antibiotics for over 6 weeks (more than 2 weeks IV and 4 oral)... the following months after this were the best my stomach/bowels have ever been as an adult. The loose stools, pain, bloating and sensitivity to certain foods improved a lot. It was like my gut reset! It gradually got worse again though and I don’t recommend those antibiotics, there were other miserable things about it!
Anyway, I have a close friend who is a chiropractor and he is knowledgeable about inflammation in the body. He is always pushing me to start probiotics. The one he recommends is expensive but apparently excellent. I think I should just take the plunge! I’ll try and give the name if you are interested?
Take care
