Exhausted-could this be endo/hormone related

Hi all,

So I've been diagnosed by endo and been very lucky that after my lap, my symptoms improved greatly. I was put on all sorts of hormonal type contraception in the few years since my operation but unfortunately lately I haven't got on well with any for one reason or another. The specialist I'm seeing things I have a bit of a hormonal intolerance. She's said I can try coming off all hormones which I've been doing since mid Jan and although I'm only getting mild niggles of pain come back, one thing I have noticed is that I've gradually started to get more and more tired. I've seen lots of posts kn here from people saying they get really bad fatigue so i'm wondering if this is related. I've booked back in to see the specialist but it's not for another month so I'd love to hear peoples opinions. Do other people get really fatigued and could it be to do with the fact my body's now running on an estrogen dominance whereas the progesterone pill normally kept it in check?!
