Pain 3 weeks after laparoscopy?

I had my laparoscopy 3 weeks ago tomorrow and had ablation on my endometriosis and a cyst drained on my left ovary. I know that it’s still early days but I’m just wondering if it’s normal to be having bad cramps??? I’m not feeling nauseous, but just stabbing pain cramps around my belly almost winding me! I’m not sure if it’s just my body trying to heal??? This was my first lap so I’m not sure how you’re supposed to feel after!

I also had the mirena re-inserted but I don’t remember being in this much pain the first time around, but I’m not sure if it’s a mixture of the pain from the lap and the mirena!

Just wondering if anyone has had any similar experiences and whether it’s normal before I ring my doctors and they dismiss the pain!
