Numb vagina is this endometriosis?

I’m on the waiting list for a lap.

I’ve been told to expect another 6-7 months wait.

I can’t touch the inside right part of my vagina as I get a sharp pain...randomly my vagina and bottom and lower back are going numb on the right hand side and I can’t feel anything.

The doctor refused me a mri/ct scan.

Could this be endo around some nerves ?
