Second lap??

When did anyone know when they needed another lap doing or get a referral? Mine was almost 2 years ago but I feel like my symptoms are getting worse each month recently and almost getting unbearable. Did you request one or did the doctors recommend? I just don’t know what the next step is 😔

If you’re having to take time out of work, waking in the night, it’s affecting your sex life, the bleeding so heavy you’re anaemic then it’s time for another op x

Then get yourself back to your GP for a referral! I’ve had my 2nd one about 4 years ago and my symptoms have come back yet again and they’re awful. I was due to have another lap soon but after 2 miscarriages I’ve now decided to have a hysterectomy. Have to wait until my 3 year old is in school though because of the recovery period x
