Mirena Coil

I don’t know if this is Endometriosis related but I had my mirena coil replaced on 4/2/2019 and since then I’ve had on and off UTIs and Kidney infections. I’ve had a bladder and kidney scan which has come back normal, along with seeing my coil is correctly placed. The Doctor thinks because I’ve been bleeding on and off since my coil replacement this can cause excess bacteria and increase the risk of infections. I honestly am going mad and don’t know what to do as I can’t keep getting infections and keep taking antibiotics.

I kept getting infections on the Mirena ...bacterial vaginosis all the time! and I didn't like the smell and discharge,,,,no periods though! I am on Norgeston which makes my tummy feel less congested and happier, but periods returned with a vengeance!
