Bleeding after stitches have gone? Post sugery question x

So 4weeks ago i had a lap they made three insistions ive had 2 prior to this but this was by far the biggest op i had had... So weeks after my recover still getting theodd abdomen pain (which i put down the perios type pains as ive had the coil put in too) Then yesterday i felt off i had gut ache period type pains and just felt under the weather then at 23.00 last night i noticed my belly button had been bleeding today i woke up to bad abdomen pains almost like gut rot pains sorry for that grafic description but that's what it was like i needed to go toilet and then again noticedmy belly button again had been bleeding so im in bed in pain and scared at the thought of whats going on i just wanted to know if anyone else had issues like this after surgery? Xxx
