Hi guys, I have stage 4 endometriosis, I had a lap 3-4 years ago to remove a large cyst from my ovary and was told I have endo on my bowel and bladder also. Until recently I have been lucky to not have too many problems however as of late my symptoms have got worse and I have been bleeding quite a bit between breaks, despite being on the pill and taking it at the same time everyday for 3 months straight! I am going for a scan tomorrow to check what’s happening tomorrow.... my question is....when it comes to bleeding between breaks, I also get quite a bad headache at the same time, I almost don’t even need to guess what’s happening downstairs because the headache has told me...and have to take myself for a lay down, does anyone else get this or is it just me?

Headaches and bleeding
When I stopped hormone pills and had my mirena removed I had terrible headaches. The first 4 days was dreadful. My gp had warned me that id suffer side effects from the hormone drop. I suspect the same thing could be happening to you. After 3 months of continuous hormones you suddenly stop. This causes your withdrawal bleed but sounds like you're getting a withdrawal headache to.
My body never adapted to tri cycling pills. I'd bleed so much anyway I might as well have not bothered. Hope you find out what's happening. Sorry not to be more helpful.
I take my pill continually too for the 3 months. I'm finding when I get into my 3rd pack that my body is wanting to have a period. I get the cramps and wee bit of discharge. I have an appointment in a few weeks to discuss the pill and any other options. Thinking I might start taking 2 packs then have the weeks break xx
