Endometriosis what do i do next

Hey everyone this is my first post and just looking for some advice or experiences you may have had to help me with a decision I need to make. I will start from the beginning, I was diagnosed with endo approx 4 years ago when a cyst burst on my right side. I have had scraped/ lasered off but had it servery my gynea has said as it was on my bowl as well. I was started on Rigevidon to help with the symptoms. 18 months later I was having pains again. I went to my GP and we tried different ways to help as it could have been a flair up. This didn't help and I was referred back to my gynea. He was hesitant to do another surgery which I understood due to scar tissue and in the space of 14 months I had 4 laparoscopic surgeries due to another health issue. We decided to try the Depo injection, so I would have one every 3 months. This was tried for over a year and didn't help which then lead to the coil which was put in last July. At the end of December I was rushed to hospital by my mum due to crippling groin/side pain which moved from left to right and then stayed on the right. A ultrasound showed a possible issue round my bladder and they couldn't find my right ovary. The general surgeon I seen said he would right to my gynea to see he could see me asap and also to urology to make sure my bladder is okay. I have just seen my gynea and I have been left with a decision to make. No medication has helped my endo in the long run and I have very little quality of life for a 27 year old. He has asked me how I feel regarding having children which I have never really had a maternal instinct want any children since I was little. We are now talking either turning my ovaries or a hysterectomy. I am waiting for a few scans from urology so I have to 6 to 8 weeks to have a think about what I want to do next. This is a massive decision to make and I was wondering if anyone has been in this situation and how they dealt with it but also what happened after and how they felt.

hi. Sounds like you're really going through it☹ . Are you seeing a bsge endometriosis specialist ( if you're in the UK). I was told I needed a hysterectomy but after seeing a specialist he operated and im so much better and still have everything. ,xx

Hi, Yes I am under one of those specialists and have been since been diagnosed. unfortunately tried everything medication wise to try and avoid more surgery. Just hoping the MRI off my bladder which is the area of concern as other scans show issues in the area doesn't show anything too serious and I can put it off. Just wanna kinda prepare myself if it does happen. x
